I would love to give you an estimate; however, you should have some ideas on what you want for flowers.
Are you going on a theme, when would your wedding would be?
I guess for a simple cake that you can make yourself and decorate yourself you are looking at around $20

For food for 20 people, depends on what you are going to feed them.
Estimate at least $400 this will cover for some type of chicken or steak made at home, rice, greens, or mash potatoes and salad.

For drinks to become cheap, get 4 basic cocktails, like cuba libres (everyone likes rum), cosmos, and scotch and champagne. budget $300
Music will depend on whether you get a band or a dj. Get a dj because it will be cheaper and if you have some friend that is artistic ask him/her to sing one song or something.

You can have your wedding for less than $1500 if you do everything yourself and $2000 if you get some help like servers. This is, I think, very important.
If you want to save a little more, have your wedding in the afternoon so you don’t have to serve them dinner but finger food will be fine.
